Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American actor and writer, is best known for portraying Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in the 1960s. Her stage work began in the mid 1950s when she appeared in Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. She continued to perform in various Broadway productions, before becoming huge in the national theater area with Li'l abner's in the year 1957. In 1957, she also launched her first album of music named It's time to Tina. Louise was first introduced to Hollywood as Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre a 1957 drama film. This movie was a big hit and Louise even won the Golden Globe Award at the New Star of the Award category. While in New York, Louise enrolled at Actors Studio and began her friendship and friendship with Lee Strasberg. Her most memorable performance came from 1964, when she signed with CBS to portray Ginger Grant in 1964. Louise kept juggling her career with ease with a variety of roles between Broadway television and Hollywood portraying somber characters as opposed to her image as an attractive model. Her birthplace was in Essex on the 28th of August on the 28th of August, 1965. Her family then moved to Toronto for her early years. When she was chosen to play the role as Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997. She was there ever since.
